It all started with a hobby and my love for wood designing and the fascinating words in the Quran, that encouraged me to start professionally. Each piece of art is written in Islamic calligraphy which is the artistic practice of handwriting and calligraphy in Arabic language. I am inspired by the Islamic Illumination , each design has its own story in history. Illumination “tazhib” is the art of decorating various works by using gold and various earth-based paints.
Each piece is made of several layers of wood and painted separately, using the finest materials. It comes normally ready to hang with one or two nails.
I also make customized art for companies, weddings, new birth, children and couples names. We can also discuss any ideas to be designed and created!
